Our Story
Iingwe Investments (Pty) Ltd was incorporated in October 2025 and registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission. From day one, the company was structured to operate compliantly, securing B-BBEE Level 1 certification, CSD registration, and SARS tax compliance before pursuing a single investment.
The name iingwe comes from the Zulu word for leopard. The leopard moves with precision, positions with intent, and acts with purpose. It does not chase every opportunity. It waits, reads the terrain, and moves only when the odds are right. That philosophy is embedded in how we invest.
Our founding team brings direct, hands-on experience delivering public sector infrastructure across KwaZulu-Natal, the Free State, and Mpumalanga. Projects completed for iLembe District Municipality, SANRAL, the Department of Water and Sanitation, the Department of Health, and the Department of Human Settlements inform every investment decision we make.
